How It Will Work
Prior to your event our experienced, professional Asian Wedding Planner/ Event Management will meet with you to understand all your requirements, speak to your external suppliers (Venue, Caterers, Decorators, DJs, Photographers and Videographers) confirm they understand your requirements.
On-The-Day deal with any little queries and guide them through all aspects of your event, ensuring that there is no room for delay or error on the day, freeing you from the logistics to enjoy the event and the company of your family and guests. What We Do –

Your Event Manager will:
- Greet suppliers and direct them as they arrive at the venue
- Instruct suppliers as to where and when to set up
- Maintain the schedule for the day and co-ordinate each element such as the bride and groom’s entrance am and pm, photography, cutting the cake, the first dance and the timing and running order for the speeches and toasts
- Assist and run errands for the bride and groom
- Handle any queries or problems that arise with suppliers on the day
- Make sure that any changing rooms at the venue is ready and available when needed for the Bride and Groom
- Settle the balance with suppliers. (if payment is needed on the day)
