Can We Book Extra Time on the Day of the Event?

Yes, you can book extra time on the day of the event by paying an additional charge. You need to discuss this with us to ensure availability. You will also have to talk to us before the conclusion of your event.

How Can I Secure a Booking With You?

During the initial enquiry, we will mark our calendars for your event. After the final discussion and the submission of the deposit, we secure your booking and send you the date. At this stage, you will receive a final confirmation.

In the Event of Cancellation, What Is the Process?

After the final booking, there is a lot of planning involved. We also mark the date in favour of your event, declining any other potential booking. Thus, all deposits are non-refundable. Also, if the event is cancelled within 120 days of the function date, the client is liable to pay the full fees for our services.

What Other Services Do You Provide?

Do You Use Strobe Lighting?

Our computerised intelligent light show incorporates flashing lights. We can avoid using this effect to ensure a comfortable experience for your guests. As epilepsy is a common condition, we are aware of its triggering aspects. If any of your guests have it, please inform us immediately to eliminate the effect.

My Venue Has a Sound Limiter. Is This a Problem?

No, it is not! With access to a digital sound system, we can control sound levels. This ensures a zero-interruption performance. Also, we customise the sound throughout the event according to the mood and requirements. For example, the music will be at a light level during dining.
