How do you coordinate music with the ceremony?
We have all the relevant ceremony music for Gujarati Ceremonies, Grooms Entrance, Brides entrance, Pujas, Pheras, Sindoor, and Vidai just to name a few.
We locate ourselves by the side of the mandap and coordinate each part of the ceremony with the correct songs. We also cater for Hindu and South Indian Wedding ceremonies
Do you do Mandaps?
Yes, we have a beautiful range of Mandaps from detail cratered Wooden to shimmering Crystal, from 6 pillars to 4 at really competitive rates. Please contact us for more information.
How does your live feed work?
We place our large plasmas/ projector screens as far as possible from the Mandap, connect a feed into the videographer. And display the entire ceremony on our screens for all your guests to enjoy.
Do you provide the priest with a microphone?
Yes, we provide your priest with a cordless/ Lapel microphone to use whilst conducting the ceremony. This frequency will be projected out of our PA system allowing all your guests to listen and understand what is taking place.
What areas do you cover?
Dynamic Weddings cover any event in the United Kingdom and also travel worldwide.
Is the setting up of the equipment included in the hours we have paid for?
No, the time used for setting up and packing away is not included in the time you have booked us for. We will arrive with sufficient time to set up and be ready to press play before the agreed time.
Can we book extra time on the day of the event?
Yes, there is a charge for additional time and at the discretion of the DJ if they are able to continue. This will need to be discussed with us before the end of your event and is stated in our Terms and Conditions, available upon request.
How can I secure a booking with you?
Upon your initial enquiry, we will provisionally book your event in our diary. When you proceed with your booking, we will take a deposit to secure this date. You will be issued a full booking confirmation at this point.
In the event of cancellation what is the process?
All deposits are non-refundable; if an event is cancelled within 120 days of the function date, the client is still liable to pay the full agreed fee.
